How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number in the application at www.mortgagelending.us/apply, where this consent is shown next to the field, or by setting up a rate watch on your portal. We never buy lists or text people who did not give us their number.

What we send

• A link to resume your own application.
• Confirmation when your pre-approval is ready, and status updates on your loan.
• Rate-change alerts you asked for, when the real number beats your target.
• Replies to questions you text us.

No marketing campaigns. Message frequency depends on your activity; a typical application generates two to five texts.

Cost, opting out, help

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts; reply HELP for help, or call 206-861-5626. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
