What we collect, and what we do with it.

Mortgage Lending Group (NMLS 1157983) collects the information you give us on www.mortgagelending.us to price your loan, pre-approve you, and process your mortgage application. This page says plainly what that means.

What we collect

Contact details: name, email, mobile number, mailing address.
Loan details: the home, price, down payment, income, assets, debts and the declarations required on a mortgage application.
Documents you upload, such as pay stubs, bank statements and identification.
With your separate authorization, a credit report.
Basic technical data: pages visited and device type, to keep the site working.

How we use it

To quote and originate your loan, run agency eligibility rules, issue your pre-approval letter, communicate with you by email, text and phone, and submit your application to the lender you choose. We share your information with the wholesale lenders, credit bureaus, appraisal and title companies needed to close your loan, and with service providers that run our site, email and texting. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number you agree to receive transactional texts about your application and the rate alerts you set up. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Full terms: SMS terms.

Your choices

Email epelayo@mortgagelending.us or call 206-861-5626 to see, correct or delete the information we hold, to withdraw consent, or to ask a question. Federal law requires us to keep records of mortgage applications for a period after they close or are withdrawn.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored with Cloudflare in the United States, and accessible only to the people working on your loan.
